Booking System:
A newly integrated booking system allows customers to reserve products or schedule appointments in advance. This ensures a smooth shopping experience,
reduces waiting times, and provides convenience for both retail and wholesale clients across Nepal.
To confirm a booking, customers are required to pay a specified booking amount (advance payment) at the time of placing the booking request.
The booking amount is clearly displayed before confirmation.
A booking is considered valid only after successful payment of the required advance.
The remaining balance must be paid within the specified timeframe communicated by the company.
The booking amount paid at the time of reservation is strictly non-refundable.
If the customer cancels the booking for any reason, the advance payment will not be refunded.
If the customer fails to complete the remaining payment within the given time period, the booking may be automatically cancelled and the advance amount will be forfeited.
The non-refundable policy applies regardless of personal reasons, change of decision, or delay from the customer’s side.
Riders Choice Nepal reserves the right to:
Cancel bookings in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Modify booking terms when necessary.
Take appropriate action in case of misuse of the booking system.
In cases where cancellation is initiated by the company due to stock unavailability or internal issues, the booking amount may be refunded at the company’s discretion.
Booked products are reserved for a limited period only.
If the full payment is not completed within the specified deadline, Riders Choice Nepal reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
Availability of booked products is guaranteed only within the confirmed booking period.
